Succession planning is critical!
My friend and colleague Chris Nelmes says that most small businesses don't have a plan for their business if the owner dies. Shocking!
If you were to die today in a car accident -do you have a plan? Is there a clear set plan in place in case you have a stroke (God forbid!) or some kind of critical illness?
Once it happens -it's too late.
Consider this a wake-up call -get it done NOW.
Action is all there is.
