Owners are people who really own their responses to life. Victim's don't.
In business today we have a population who mostly operate inside of the victim paradigm. They look for who to blame and ask useless questions like "Why does this always happen to us?" You can't expect any enterprise to grow and flourish when this is the prevailing mindset!
My challenge to you for the month of February is to really take on being an owner in EVERY AREA of your life (including your business or career). Ask yourself different questions like "How is this circumstance the best thing to happen to me?" or "How can I use this?" or "Who do I need to BE right now to have things work?" etc.
