Integrity Isn't What You Think It Is... Part 2

Integrity is about having things really work.

It is about workability.

Does anything in your business NOT WORKING or NOT WORKING THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO?

It is because at some place in that area you are not honouring your word. It is a human law that without integrity nothing works. Absolutely nothing. Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing EVER works without integrity -THAT'S how important honouring what you say is!

The problem is that we are all blind to our own lack of integrity. We all have it and yet we have no clue as to where we aren't honouring our word. It is vital that you have a coach or colleague who you trust to give you feedback on your lack of integrity. This is key if you really want your business to work.

It is never the market (although the market can play a role), it is never your employees (although they can play a role as well), it is always a lack of integrity that is the FIRST place to look when things are not working.

I always ask myself "Where am I not in integrity? Where have I not honoured my word to myself or others?" Then I make a list and go and clean it up.
