Happy New Year!
I'd like to start the year off with a sobering thought about personal power...
When I find myself looking outside of myself for power and inspiration it makes me stop and realize that I'll never find it because that kind of thing always comes from INSIDE.
The owner in his thought processes always comes from the idea that everything that he needs is right there -ready to access inside of him. There is no need to look anywhere else.
The victim on the other hand is always looking for something else OUTSIDE of themselves for motivation or inspiration. It just never works!
There's a scripture in the Christian bible from the book of 2 Peter, Chapter 1, Verse 3 that says: "His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness..." which means that everything I need is right here inside of me. I don't need to go "out there" to look for it or have the idea that something is missing. That somehow I am deficient. I'm not.
When I come from the place that I already have everything I need and that I am whole and complete the way I am I gain a powerful new empowering perspective that lifts me out of the despair I am in and gives me power to create!
