World Of Reasons & Results...

What do you spend your time on -results or reasons?

There are two worlds: The World Of Results or The World Of Reasons.

Each one is completely valid and has it's place but in "The World Of Reasons" you have a phenomena because it is envious and jealous of "The World Of Results" and has an identity problem -it thinks it IS "The World Of Results."

I think it is because both words start with "R" and end with "S." I think that's why Reasons thinks it's really results. Yup. I think so.

Even so, when we hire people who have learnt to operate inside of the world of results then we spend our day working with results instead of reasons. And which ever world you focus on expands!

If you focus on results -then you get more results. If you focus on reasons then you get more reasons. It will be up to you!

Conversely, if you find yourself swept up inside of a world of reasons with no or limited results now you know why -you are focussing on reasons.

We actually think reasons matter. Well, they do matter in the world of reasons -but not in the world of results. And the world of reasons makes the world of results matter to it but it really doesn't. These two worlds are completely separate and I want to encurage you to keep it that way!
