I have a habit that I do when I watch intense movies and it works well when you have an intense life.
It is visualizing the hero coming our alright.
No matter what is happening in the movie or the TV show -I KNOW that the main character will turn out okay. He or she will not die. They'll make it through whatever it is they are going through. Now I can relax and enjoy the process of their journey.
It is the same with my business and with my very own life.
No matter what happens to me I KNOW that I'll be alright. In extreme cases I know that even if I die that I'll be alright -because of my faith -so I never worry about it.
This practice will bring you peace and will really help you get focused.
No matter what happens in your business -how things go -you will turn out okay. You'll make it through whatever it is you're going through and will come out the other side alright.
Take comfort in that today.
