Love Or Fear

There is only love and fear.

These two spaces are always available to us.

Anger is fear in disguise. When we are angry it is really useful to ask ourselves, "What am I afraid of?"

Conversly, when we are with someone we may not enjoy we can ask another useful question, "What do I (or can I) love about this person?

Love edifies and builds up. Fear depletes and tears down.

Love is patient and kind. Fear is wanting and cruel.

They are opposites.

The experience of fear is disempowering while love empowers and leaves us feeling confident in the face of struggle.

The choice is yours.
