This model makes up the three areas that create our BEING...

Each area are like gears in a machine. If we work on one area the other two are also affected. For example, if I change my language from negative or pessimistic to positive or optimistic it will alter my mood and my physiology.
When I have to do chores around the house I hate that. I think chores are a waste of time. The language in my head is negative about chores and therefore my mood is not supportive of the work I have committed to do. What I have found is that by changing my language from "I don't want to do chores" to "I want to do chores" doesn't work for me. The language is too ingrained to even make a dent in my way of being. So I put on some music to alter my mood. I choose some AC/DC or hard rock and this music has my mood want to do something quickly and with a lot of energy. By altering my mood I find that my body will fly into the work and even my language will alter towards being supportive. It's pretty cool.
When you want to motivate yourself use this model to find ways that will work. We are all different observers and so this model will really help you and I find creative ways to motivate us to do what we need to do in order to have the results we say we want!
