Declarations Have Power!

When I stood in front of my minister back on July 7, 1990 looking into my beautiful fiance's eyes and said "I do" something happened. Nothing REALLY happened out there in the world but when he said "By the authority invested in me by the dominion of Canada in the province of British Columbia I now pronounce you man and wife" -everything changed.

But nothing actually changed!

Words were spoken and everything changed. The "way of being" I took on in that moment was the role of "husband." Laurene took on the role of "wife."

Now when I am out in the world living life and making choices everyday -if I were to make a choice or act in a way that is (in my understanding) not in alignment with "husband" it AUTOMATICALLY shows up for me. I don't need to figure it out or spend mental energy on that -it just shows up for me. Then I take the necessary steps to get back into alignment with my declared way of being: husband.

This is how declarations work. Whomever has authority over the entity/thing being dealt with can make a declaration to transform the entity -be it a company, family, their own life -whatever. Our words create our reality. Most of the time this is by accident for human beings -I am suggesting that we do this ON PURPOSE!

So if you want your company to behave in a certain way then you would need to DECLARE that you are a company that behave's this way (but only if you are the top officer and have the authority in that company). Then when your company or individuals in that company start to act in a way that is not in alignment with that declaration it will show up for you and them. You literally CREATE the kind of company (or life) that you want or have right now!

When I declared myself a "Business Coach" I started to BE a Business Coach. I didn't necessarily need the training to do that -I needed to a declaration. The training helps with my commmitment to be a better Business Coach but I was already one before I got it!
