Hi Susan,
What I really do wish is that I had the answer for you. For everyone. I would love to tell you a brilliant sentence, distinction, or solution that would lift you right out of the space of frustration but walls are designed to test those who really want it. It is a wall that is there on purpose and with purpose for you. It is YOUR wall and you get to either stop at it or go over, under, around, or through it. Only you can figure it out. You have all the wisdom you will ever need to do that -so because this is your wall -nobody would ever have the answer for you.
I know one thing -that when things feel impossible and when they seem darkest -that is the time to shine.
Take our holy scritures for example: Remember the story of David and Goliath, Joseph in prison, Daniel in the lion's den, Paul and Silas in prison, Nehemiah rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem, the Israelites being chased by the Egyptian army on the shores of the Dead Sea, King David being confronted by Nathan for adultery and facing the possibility of losing his baby, and King David being chased by Saul for years? All of these situations have one thing in common... they all faced a wall (I define a wall as an obstacle, a thought pattern that has us in it's grasp and with which we cannot see a solution). This wall was right there in front of them and they made it over, under, around, or through.
2 Samuel 22:30 (NLT) "O LORD, you are my lamp. The LORD lights up my darkness. In your strength I can crush an army; with my God I can scale any wall."

Walls
Here is a recent excerpt from an email I wrote to a dear friend that I coach. She is frustrated and struggling in acquiring clients for her coaching practice and she just really wants THE answer. I liked how I wrote this because it really moved me as well...
